On Wednesday, April 27th the Oakland Volunteer Fire Department welcomed another new Junior Firefighter to the ranks when Riley Beach took his oath of office that was delivered by Mayor Linda Schwager. Joining Riley were his father Wayne and mother Linda. Riley will be a member of Fire Company 2 which is lead by Assistant Chief Dave Hutsebaut.

All the memebr of the OVFD want to welcome Riley to the Department and wish him luck as he learns his craft.
