As has been Santa's annual tradition, he once again took time out from his very busy schedule to come to Oakland and visit with our residents and bring a lot of excitement to the dozens and dozens of children who came out to visit with him and get one more chance to make a pitch for the Christmas gift wish list.

Santa pulled double duty by visiting the North side of Town escorted by members of Company 2 and then the South side of Town escorted by members of Company 1. Santa was a smash hit and the smiles on all of the children’s faces would have stretched for miles and miles if we stood them end to end.

The members of the Oakland Volunteer Fire Department would like to wish all the Residents of Oakland a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holiday and wonderful and prosperous New Year, and Thank You all for your continued support.
