Landing Zone on Rt 287 S / Rt 208 Merge

On Monday afternoon 4/4/11, the Oakland Fire Department was dispatched to set up a landing zone on route 287 for an medicvac helicopter landing. A motorcyclist was involved in an MVA on route 287 south bound at the route 208 north merge. Paramedics requested a helecopter, Atlantic Airship 1 responded and transported the victim to a trama center.
