| Often a call on Thanksgiving turns out to be turkey suffering from a state of overcooking. So, when the tones went out today @ 12:35pm it seemed like it was expected. Arriving crews found no smoking turkey, but they did find a smoke condition. There was an obvious haze and electrical smell. Crews located the source, the refrigerator, and disconnected it. This was an excellent opportunity for probey Brian Fassett to gain some experience. He manned the tag system, which accounts for each firefighter as they enter a building. |
