After enduring a long week of battling the extreme snow, motor vehicle accidents and down powerlines. a firefighter is still on the job ready for the next call.
Early in the morning on Feb. 28th the Oakland Fire Department was dispatched by Norcon to assist the Wyckoff FD with a structure fire. Oakland FD's Rescue 1042, Utility 1044, Department Chief (1030), Assistant Chief (1050) responded to the scene to assist the Wyckoff FD. A little later a second alarm called for Oakland's Tower Ladder 1041 to standby at Wyckoff Fire Department's Co 1.
Great job to Wyckoff FD on their knock down of the fire, and as always Oakland's got your back, thanks for the call!!
