Volunteers Needed
Fire Prevention Week poster contest winners are presented with their awards.

Every year in October during Fire Prevention Week a poster contest his held. Children grades 1 - 5 from the 3 grammer schools in Oakland partisapate. The prize for the winners is a $50.00 savings bond. The awards were presented by Mayor John Szabo, Councilman Pat Pignatelli, Fire Offical Dan Hagberg and Fire Chief Robert Knapp. Below are the names of the winners:
