2018 Officers Take Oath of Office During Oakland Council Reorganization Meeting

The 2018 Officers of the Oakland Fire Department took their Oath of Office today at the annual Oakland Council Reorganization meeting that was held at Borough Hall at noon. In addition to the OVFD Officers being sworn in, Councilmen Russell Talamini and Pat Pignatelli took their Oath of office as well as they started their new 3-year terms of office.

At the Reorganization meeting the Council adopted the annual meeting schedule, named the Record it newspaper of record and also elected this Year's Council President - Councilman John Biale.

A celebration was held after the meeting at Company 2 where food was served for all guests including the Oakland Governing Body.
