On Saturday, January 7th, the Officers representing the Department for 2017 took their Oath of Office at Borough Hall. Also, taking their Oath’s of Office that night was Councilman Eric Kulmala and Councilman Robert Knapp, Jr both of whom are also members of the Oakland Volunteer Fire Department.

Administering the Oath of Office ceremony to our Officers and both Councilman was Mayor Linda Schwager. The Invocation and Benediction were delivered by our Department Chaplain Russel Stammer, and attending the ceremony was newly elected District 39 Congressman Josh Gottheimer.
