On Wednesday, December 21st the Oakland Volunteer Fire Department welcomed our newest member Dan DeRisi who was sworn into the Department by Mayor Schwager at the Council meeting.

Dan will be a member of Company 2 and has previous experience having served on the Hawthorne Fire Department.

With The addition of Dan to the OVFD that brings our 2016 total to 6 new members (3 Regular and 3 Juniors), and the family just keeps on growing.
